The Alumni Association offers a variety of programs and services for alumni, students and friends. We strive to promote SMSU through our many activities and to provide opportunities to meet other Alumni and visit campus. We're sure you'll find programs that interest you. Check them out below!

Mustang Speaker Series

The Mustang Speaker Series is a great opportunity to engage our alumni and students! Alumni bring extremely valuable experiences into our classrooms and we absolutely love to have them back on campus sharing those experiences.

Being a Southwest Minnesota State University Alumni comes with many exciting benefits! Alumni receive discounts on various aspects of travel and life; for example hotels (via Hotel Storm), rental cars (via enterprise and National), and insurance (home, medical, and auto) prices are reduced!

Another exciting benefit that Alumni can participate in are discounted travel opportunities. Fore example the 50th Anniversary Alaskan Cruise that will take place in June 2018.
